01. Services
Soulstice offers holistic therapy sessions including Reiki and Reiki Massage. These treatments are intended to support relaxation, energy balance, and wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and you should always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.
02. Appointments & Cancellations
There will be a 30% cancellation fee with less than 24 hours notice.
03. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking, as agreed. Prices are clearly stated on the website and may be updated without prior notice.
04. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate health information before the session. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please inform your therapist prior to treatment.
05. Liability
All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and professionalism. However, Soulstice is not liable for any adverse reactions or results experienced following a session.

All personal information and discussions during sessions are kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
